Jon is a great coach, always willing to teach and share his knowledge. Great facility, would definitely recommended stopping in for a class for yourself or child.

My son Andrew attended Forge this Summer to get some extra mat time in. My wife and I found the instructors to be welcoming and the classes to be well run. Coach Potts runs a fun yet disciplined class on the BJJ side. Coach Batista’a wrestling classes were a great mix of technique and conditioning. All in all I would recommend Forge to anyone looking for a high quality program at a good value. My son is looking forward to going back next Summer!

This is the best experience in my years with Jiu-jitsu here at Forge. We moved from another local gym in Ronkonkoma and I don’t regret this decision.
